Product description
Metal plastic gaskets consist of a welded box-type metal plate with an inorganic filler inside, which can be ceramic fibre, graphite or asbestos-free. They are manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.20 standards and can be corrugated or smooth. They are used particularly on equipment and pipelines where another type of gasket may not be suitable due to temperature limitations, to compensate for faulty flange alignment or because the confined fluid may be contaminated.

Application:
Suitable for heat exchangers or applications where it is necessary to compensate for surface irregularities under severe operating conditions.
